Hospitality Interactive Training Disks

The hospitality series of training disks were developed to take
a new recruit through the basics of the service that they will
offer towards their first goal of a N.V.Q. Level 2. All disks
place great emphasis on customer care and health and safety.
They
contain video clips, interactive games and instruction with
voice over. Some disks allow the results of assessment questions
to be printed out for inclusion in portfolios as evidence
of underpinning knowledge. The level of 'health and safety'
contained on the disks makes them ideal for induction days.
The
disks were designed to be used as part of a presentation by
a lecturer or as a learning aid by a student. They contain
