This interactive training cd rom disk has been developed with the intention of covering all basic areas of "silver service". Although this type of service is not a specific NVQ qualification the training information included has been aimed at NVQ Level 2.

Table d'Hote and A La Carte settings are prepared, ranging from full English breakfast, high tea and dinner. Silver service is taught using a service spoon and fork as well as the correct way to serve other courses e.g. soup and coffee. Finally the various aspects of clearing are shown.

This is an excellent presentation tool for any trainer, a learning aid for employees/students or both.
